What types of fan sensors are available?
1. Pulse Sensor
A pulse sensor outputs a square-wave signal with two cycles per fan revolution.
It is ideal for monitoring and measuring fan speed.
Applicable products: DC Fans, ACDC Fans
2. Locked Rotor Sensor
A locked rotor sensor outputs a signal when the fan stops rotating.
It is ideal for detecting whether the fan is operating or has stopped.
Applicable products: DC Fans
3. Low Speed Sensor
A low speed sensor outputs a signal when the fan speed falls below a preset speed.
It is ideal for detecting a decrease in fan speed.
Applicable products: ACDC Fans, AC Fans
